At Catliza Web Technologies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality digital services, but due to the nature of our work (customized services, digital deliverables), certain limitations apply to refunds. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as per the mutually agreed scope or proposal
  • A cancellation request was made before any development work had begun
  • The issue reported is valid, and we are unable to resolve it after multiple attempts
  • Duplicate or accidental payments made on the same invoice

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project confirmation
  • Delay in delivery due to client’s unresponsiveness or delayed inputs
  • Domain registration, hosting services, SSL, or any third-party purchases
  • Services already rendered or partially delivered
  • Digital product downloads, files, or designs already shared
  • After project completion and final approval from the client
  • Customizations or additional work done beyond original scope

3. Refund Process

  • Please include your project name, payment details, and reason for the request
  • Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund if work has not yet started
  • Once work has commenced (design or development), only partial refunds may be offered depending on the stage of the project

5. Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing professional and transparent service. If there’s any issue or dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.
