Customization Policy

At Catliza Web Technologies, we understand that every business has unique needs. Our Customization Policy outlines how we handle project-specific design, development, and content changes requested by clients during and after the development phase.

1. Scope of Customization

Customization includes:

  • Modifying website layout, design elements, or color scheme
  • Adding or editing features or sections
  • Integrating third-party plugins or APIs
  • Adjusting content or functionality per client’s request

We ensure all customizations are aligned with the original project scope and client goals.

2. Included Customizations

The following customizations are typically included free of cost:

  • Minor text and image edits during development
  • Layout adjustments agreed upon in the proposal
  • Mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility fixes
  • 2 to 3 rounds of revisions during the design phase

✅ These are only valid before the final delivery and within the revision limits mentioned in the proposal.

3. Paid Customizations

The following are considered paid customizations:

  • New page creation beyond the agreed count
  • New functionality (e.g., calculators, CRM integration, booking systems)
  • Design overhaul after final approval
  • Third-party plugin or tool installation and configuration not in the original plan
  • Post-delivery changes after project closure

💰 Charges for paid customizations are quoted based on complexity, time, and tools required.

4. Customization Requests Timeline

  • All customization requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Approved requests will be delivered as per the timeline shared after assessment.
  • Any delays due to incomplete instructions or third-party tools are not our responsibility.

5. Limitations

We do not guarantee customization support in the following cases:

  • Websites edited or altered by third parties after delivery
  • Changes to third-party plugin behavior or code
  • Unsupported or outdated CMS/plugins/themes
  • Requests that breach ethical or legal standards

6. Post-Delivery Support

  • Free support is valid for up to 15 days after final delivery for minor adjustments.
  • After this period, any customization will be considered as paid support.

7. Client Responsibility

The client must:

  • Provide clear instructions, references, or examples
  • Approve changes promptly to avoid delays
  • Share login/access credentials where necessary for implementation
